Julie joined Clasp Therapeutics in March 2024. She most recently served as the Chief Business Officer at Agenus, where she led partnering and financial transactions that generated $500 million in cash and more than $3 billion in potential milestones. With over 20 years in the biopharmaceutical and healthcare industries, Julie has held leadership roles in business development, strategy, finance and program leadership at Baxalta (now Takeda), Siamab Therapeutics (now Pfizer), Frankel Group (now Oliver Wyman) and Cerner (now Oracle). She received an MBA from MIT Sloan, an M.S. in Biomedical Enterprise from the Harvard/MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology, and a B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin.
