Caren Block joined the team at Clasp Therapeutics as Chief People Officer in February 2024. Caren most recently held the position of Senior Vice President, People & Culture at Casma Therapeutics. Prior to joining Casma, Caren held the positions of SVP of People & Culture at GNS Healthcare, Head of Human Resources for Neon Therapeutics, VP of Human Resources for Daktari Diagnostics and HR roles with The RMR Group and Core2 Business Consulting. She holds an M.A. in Business & Organizational Communication from Emerson College and a B.A. in English-Speech/Theatre/Media from Kean University. Since the year 2000, Caren has been a mentor with Women Unlimited, Inc., an organization that develops female leaders.
